Hello, my name is Julia McIntyre and I am a journalist from Los Angeles, Calif. I attended California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.

At CSUDH, I was a staff reporter for the student-run newspaper, The Bulletin. I was the beat writer for the women's softball team and occasionally wrote feature sports stories and lifestyle pieces. I was an intern for News4usonline where I covered the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

During a press conference with ex-Laker Russell Westbrook, a video of a question I asked him went viral and I was able to be a guest on an ESPN LA radio show, Mason and Ireland.

I enjoy bringing new story angles to the table and connecting with sports fans through my writing.
